The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) owns or controls 350,000 acres of Right of Way and maintains 15,133 centerline miles of highway and 13,063 state highway bridges. Caltrans also inspects over 12,200 local bridges.

If you are a person with a disability or a person representing someone with a disability who wants to submit a grievance under the Americans with Disability Act, please click here to submit your grievance: ADA Grievance Form.
Most of the fields on the form are required fields. Please fill out the information completely and submit the service request. The location will be reported to the nearest maintenance facility for evaluation.
Customer Service Requests are handled Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM. This form should NOT be used to report any kind of highway emergency. Report highway emergencies to 911 or the California Highway Patrol immediately.
